Week 23 weigh in - Gain 400gms
Well, so much for the Core Programme! actually it was not the programme (principles are very sound) just not right for me. I really struggled :( I found it really restrictive and unfortunately consumed my 21 bonus points within the first 3 days, and then it was all down hill from there! So the gain was deserved and expected.
I am back on points this week and feel so much more in control. 5 Days down for the week and I have kept within my points and feel great. Some weeks, things just seem to come together (don't you just love these weeks) :) I have finally learnt to just ride the wave - some weeks are great, some weeks are not, however it is the courage to keep going that is important. No matter how long this takes, I am going to achieve my goal this time!!!!
Well this Sunday is the Wedding - my DD2 is getting married. After 8 months of planning it is now only 3 days away! Very exciting! well is "exciting" the correct word? ummmm. Yes it is, a little stressful however I am sure it will be beautiful day. I will post a photo next week if I can figure out how to get one on my blog.
The dress is ready to pick up tomorrow and the last finishing touches to the organisation are underway. Hard to believe my baby is getting married - how time flys.
So it has been a really hectic couple of months with lots happening in the family area.
Cheers
Gabby :)

I'm a points girl too. Sounds like you're back into the swing of things now that you've changed back to points.. Here's to a good loss this week!!
Hope you have a wonderful time at your daughter's wedding!
I really like the Core Plan - but I didn't switch to it till I'd been counting points for a year - and I have had limited success on it. All go now, though - just like you!
Think I'll just stick to points - it's almost second nature now. Hope you have a lovely day on Sunday and look forward to the photos.
I couldnt do the core plan either. Had more success on points but am now plotting my own course with varying success. A wedding - sigh - hope it was wonderful.
