Yes! that is right after 7 days of feeling rather under the weather, I am glad to say I am feeling so much better. Couldn't believe I had caught another cold??!! I am generally a very healthy person, who rarely gets sick. When I was working in the "Corporate" high stress world I think my count for 10 years was about 2 days sick leave..... what's with that???!!!!
Never mind I a feeling my old self today and was out there walking this morning. Yeah! it was nice to be back.
Week 22 Weigh in: 100gms loss
I will take that! thank you! After such a bitty week with rubbish eating and only 1 walk (total of 43,116 steps for seven days). Only 3 o.k. days on programme - Honestly I was expecting a gain!
WW have launched their new programme of 2007 (really just refining and a new name)... but for those on points - whats with this points for corn on the cob (1.5pts) pumpkin and peas(.5pts for 1/2 cup). I just love corn on the cob and the season has just began :(.
Anyway I am trying Core programme this week (use to be called No Count). They now allow a few more snacks now, which is a big help for me, as this is what I struggled with before.
This I know for Sure: Sugar and white flour are not my friends. And I can easily fall into a major binge when I get to0 much of them. So will try Core for a week to see how I go. Feeling a little anxious about not counting points (still automatically do it in my head - see what all the programming does to your mind).
Great to see other's back from holiday - so good to catch up on the news.
Cheers Gabby :)
Hi Gabby,
ReplyDeleteWill be interested to hear how you go on Core - I've been a points counter for about 5 years now and occasionally toy with the idea of trying core/no count but points works for me if I stick to it. Well done on the 100g - any loss is a good loss I reckon! Have a good week.
Hi Gabby, Came across your blog from your comment on Zanna's.. Good luck with the Core plan - I agree with you as I had problems with the snacks on the old no count program (found it a bit too restrictive).. looking forward to seeing how you find it now.. It's great to share the journey with others who understand... chris
ReplyDeleteI toyed with the idea of the No count plan - will be interesting to see the difference now. Also don't like the sound of having to count corn and pumpkin! LOL - better have corn for lunch before I get officailly told I have to count it!
ReplyDeleteThanks by the way for your comment on my blog:)
If you go back years and years on WW, those veges you've mentioned didn't used to be free, so I guess they've gone back to that. Pretty much in line with Body for Life, too.
ReplyDeleteYou'll be able to have them on NoCount, though!
